Importing from Brilliant Accounting and Pastel Evolution

If importing from Pastel Evolution:

  • Export the transactions in Pastel Evolution to create an export file.
  • Note that Pastel Evolution 6 files are compatible with imports from version 5.

Voraussetzungen

  • Wenn der Zugriffschutz aktiviert ist, ist die Dateiberechtigung "Import" erforderlich, um die Operation auszuführen.

Procedure

  1. Öffnen Sie die Mandantendatei, in die Sie importieren möchten.

  2. Auf der Registerkarte Engagement wählen Sie in der Registerkarte Daten die Option Importieren | Steuer-Software.

  3. In the Import From field, select either Brilliant Accounting or Pastel Evolution.

  4. In the Version field, select the version that you would like to import from.

    Hinweis: Klicken Sie hier, um alle unterstützten Finanzbuchhaltungsprogramme anzeigen zu lassen.

  5. Geben Sie im Feld Import-Pfad den exakten Pfad der zu importierenden Datei ein oder verwenden Sie Suchen, um die Datei manuell zu lokalisieren.

  6. Zum Import von Mandanteninformationen wählen Sie Mandanteninformationen importieren. Diese Informationen werden Ihnen im Dialog Mandantenstammdaten angezeigt.

  7. Choose to import the Consolidated TB, Unconsolidated TB, or GL Movements.

    • Consolidated TB - Select this option to import the consolidated trial balance, current year balances, and prior year (1, 2 & 3) balances.
    • Unconsolidated TB- Select this option to import the unconsolidated trial balance, current year balances, and prior year (1, 2 & 3) balances.

    • GL Movements - Select this option to import period balances.

      Note: The Reporting Dates tab in the Engagement Properties should be set to either Monthly of 13 periods date sequence before doing this import.

  8. If applicable, select Use department/branch to build entity on to select whether to build the entity based on the department or the branch. If the box is unchecked, Working Papers puts each account into the top entity with the full account name as account>dep<branch. Weitere Informationen finden Sie hier.
  9. Klicken Sie auf OK, um mit dem Import zu beginnen.

Ergebnisse

Buchhaltungsdaten werden in die Mandantendatei importiert.
