Importing the trial balance from AccountRight

Before importing AccountRight Accounting files into Working Papers, it is necessary to access the AccountRight Accounting program and use the Export module to create an export file.

To export chart of accounts and opening balances from the AccountRight Accounting program

1. While in AccountRight Accounting, on the File menu, select Accountant Link, select Other and then click Working Papers.

2. Click Export.

3. Select the folder in which to place the Export file and then click OK. AccountRight saves the export file as a text file (.txt) by default.
