Adjusting Paragraph Alignment

  1. Drag the pointer to select the column(s) you want to expand or decrease.
  2. On the Home tab, click Paragraph, and then click the Paragraph tab.

  3. In the Left box, type or select the distance from the left edge of the column to where you want the text to be displayed.
  4. In the Right box, type or select the distance from the edge of the column to where you want the text to end and wrap to the next line.
  5. Click OK.

  6. On the File tab, click Print, and then click Print Preview to view the new column width.
