This dialog contains permission settings that can be changed in order to enable or disable users’ document permissions when Design Mode is locked. When in Form Mode with Editing Enabled, only certain editing functions may be performed. Permissions are established by the designer of the document prior to locking Design Mode and are applicable to the current document only.
It is not imperative to set up document permissions. The default for each document permission is Operation prohibited. Locking Design Mode without establishing permissions provides no access to any document permissions in Design Mode.
These document operations may also be outlined for smaller portions of the document by using the section, paragraph, table part and cell commands.
