Accumulating Columns of Figures

CaseView can display subtotals that appear at the bottom of each page and carry forward to the top of the following page. Use this type of accumulator when adding long columns of figures separated by page breaks.

There are three steps involved in creating an accumulator group that displays subtotals at the bottom of each page and the top of the following page. Each step must be completed before accumulated totals appear in the document.

Step by Step Guide

Create a special carry forward footer to display the accumulated totals.
Use section formatting to outline the area of the document you want to display subtotals at the bottom of a page and at the top of the following page.
Assign cells in the column to an accumulator group.
