Entering a Cell Calculation

Select the cell you want to modify.
On the Home tab, click Cell.
Under Calculation Properties, click the $images\calctool_shg.gif$ to launch the Calculation Editor.

Notes

With the cursor in a cell, press F2 to quickly access the Equation bar and type or modify the cell calculation.
If the calculation entered is incorrect, an error message displays indicating that there is an error in the calculation. At this point you are given an option to re-enter the formula and try again.
