Viztopia Account Production

Working Papers can import Viztopia accounts with subcodes. Upon import, accounts with subcodes take the form "NNNN.SS", where NNNN is the account number and SS is the subcode. Accounts without subcodes appear in the format "NNNN".

Before you begin — DAO 3.6

You will be able to import from Viztopia only when Working Papers detects that DAO 3.6 has been installed on your computer.

What Viztopia files are needed:

How to do it:

On the File menu, select Import, and then Accounting Software.
In the Import From box, select Viztopia Accounts Production.
In the Version box, select 3.0.4000/7.2.
In the Import Path box, type or select the exact path where the Viztopia .mdb file resides. Use the Browse button to locate the file manually.
Under Import Components, only the Trial Balance is currently allowed.
Select the Client ID in the Client ID file field.
To import prior year data, check the box. If left blank, prior year data is not imported.
Click OK to begin the import.
