To enter text

1. Position the insertion point where you want to begin typing, for example, in the middle of a line to be edited.
2. Type the text.

Note

• By default, CaseView moves existing text to the right as you insert new characters. If you prefer to have new text replace existing text, character by character, switch to overtype mode by pressing the INSERT key.
