To adjust paragraph alignment

  1. Drag the pointer to select the column(s) you want to expand or decrease.
  2. On the Format menu, select Paragraph.
  3. In the From Left box, type or select the distance from the left edge of the column to where you want the text to be displayed.
  4. In the From Right box, type or select the distance from the edge of the column to where you want the text to end and wrap to the next line.
  5. Click OK.
  6. On the File menu, select Print Preview to view the new column width.
