To expand and collapse items in lists

You can manage items in a hierarchical list by expanding or collapsing different levels in the list.

To display additional items in the list, click the plus $images\plusxbrl_shg.gif$ button next to an item.
To collapse the list so the items no longer show, click the $images\minusxbrl_shg.gif$ minus button.
To expand or collapse all items within a level, hold down the SHIFT key and click the plus $images\plusxbrl_shg.gif$ or minus $images\minusxbrl_shg.gif$ button. Items on that level and below are closed or opened.
