To unlock the Design mode

1. From the current mode, select View | Design Mode.
2. Enter the password to access the Design Mode.
3. Click Unlock for this session only to allow access to the Design Mode for as long as the document is open in the current session.
4. Click OK.

If the correct password was entered, you now have access to modify the Design Mode.
