Undo

Undo the last action. A history of actions is kept and repeated use of the Undo function is possible.

Redo

Repeat the last performed action. Allows the user to move forward through the Undo history as long as at least one action has been undone.

Cut

Copy the currently selected content to the clipboard and remove it from the CaseView document.

Copy

Copy the currently selected content to the clipboard and also retain it within the document.

Copy Formatting

Copy the style and formatting settings from the currently selected content to the clipboard but not the content itself.

Paste

Copy the contents of the clipboard to the CaseView document at the cursor's current location.

Paste Special

Inserts a copy of the Clipboard contents at the insertion point with a choice of formatting, replacing the selection (if any) with the text on the Clipboard.

Clear

Deletes the currently selected contents from the document.

Select All

Selects the entire contents of the document.

Find

Begin a find session in the document. Searches can be narrowed to view specific object types, such as cells, and formatting options, such as header and footer attachments.

Replace

Begin a find and replace session in the document.

Find Next

Once content has been located that meets the find criteria, the Find Next function allows CaseView to continue searching for further instances. Note that Find Next occurs in the down direction only.

Goto Bookmark

Allows the user to jump directly to any paragraph or section label in the document.

Attach Header/Footer

Select a header or footer to attach to the current page of the document.

Auto Copy Text

Build and edit text to be used by staff who do not have access to Design Mode.

Header/Footer

View and edit any existing header or footer, or create a new one.

Close Header/Footer

Closes the header/footer edit window.

Freeze

Open the Freeze panel to edit the contents.

Carry Forward

Open the Carry Forward panel to edit the contents.

Renumber Cell

Open the Cell Renumbering dialog.

Object

Modify an inserted object.

Edit Note Number Reference

If editing of note number referencing has been enabled on the reference itself, and the paragraph or section properties, this menu command will launch the full Note Number Reference edit dialog in Form Mode with Enabled Editing.

Edit Line Style

Launch the Line Style dialog and edit an existing line style.

Cell Value Flags

This option is only available in Form mode and allows clients without access to Design mode the option of reverting overridden cells to their original values or clearing the value change flags (red underline) from view.
