Details pane context menu

Undo

Undo the last action. A history of actions is kept and repeated use of the Undo function is possible.

Cut

Copy the currently selected content to the clipboard and remove it from the details pane.

Copy

Copy the currently selected content to the clipboard and also retain it within the details pane.

Paste

Copy the contents of the clipboard to the details pane at the cursor's current location.

Goto Knowledge Library Entry

When selected, the Knowledge Library opens, and is brought to the front of CaseView. The cursor is moved to the proper section for the entry.

If desired, this command can also be used to trigger a user-defined system script.

Delete Knowledge Library Entry

Deletes the currently selected entry.

If desired, this command can also be used to trigger a user-defined system script.
